What You Need to Succeed

- Licensing: A current, active real estate license in one of the following states: AL, AR, CA, FL, GA, ID, IN, IL, LA, MI, NC, NV, NY, OR, TN, TX, or WA.
- Experience: Proven experience as a real estate salesperson is preferred, but newly licensed agents with a strong drive are welcome to apply.
