What You Will Do

As a Salad Maker and Line Cook, you will be at the heart of the kitchen, crafting high-quality meals from scratch. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Food Preparation: Preparing online, catering, and guest orders accurately according to recipes and strict portion specifications.
• Station Management: Keeping the salad line fully stocked, organized, and ready for high-volume service throughout the day.
• Cleanliness & Safety: Upholding rigorous food and knife safety standards while helping close the day by thoroughly cleaning prep tables, utensils, and equipment.
• Menu Mastery: Continuously learning the seasonally changing menu and adapting to daily operational tasks as directed by your manager.

What You Need to Succeed

• Experience: Prior restaurant or prep experience is a plus, but MIXT is happy to train the right highly motivated candidate.
