What You Will Do
As a Senior Analyst at Adobe, you will be highly hands-on. Your main goal is to turn raw data into clear, actionable business insights. Your daily tasks will include:
- Building Dashboards: Creating and managing dashboards to track partner performance, deal outcomes, and market trends.
- Guiding Decisions: Translating complex data into simple insights that help Adobe decide where to invest and which partners to prioritize.
- Improving Operations: Tracking the deal pipeline and finding new ways to make the Partnerships team work faster and smarter.
- Using AI Tools: Actively using AI (LLMs) to speed up your workflows, write scripts, and automate basic tasks.
What You Need to Succeed
To qualify for this high-impact role, you need a mix of technical skills and business strategy experience:
- Experience: 3 to 8 years working in analytics, strategy, business operations, or consulting.
- Technical Skills: Strong experience with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel, and Python.
- Visualization Tools: Deep knowledge of dashboarding software such as Tableau or Power BI.
- AI Proficiency: You must be comfortable using Artificial Intelligence tools for rapid prototyping and workflow automation (often called “vibe coding”).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly to top management.
