What You Will Do

As a Retail Store Associate, you will be the face of CVS Health, ensuring every customer feels welcome and supported. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Customer Service: Providing warm greetings, actively identifying customer needs, and offering assistance in locating items across the store.
• Cashier Duties: Accurately handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions with precision while strictly following company policies.
• Store Maintenance: Restocking shelves, updating pricing information, checking in vendors, and helping with store opening and closing procedures.
• Cross-Department Support: Assisting in various departments (including photo, beauty, and pharmacy) to ensure the store is fully operational and stocked.

What You Need to Succeed

CVS Health is looking for compassionate, reliable individuals ready to deliver differentiated customer service. To qualify for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 16 years of age.
• Physical Requirements: The ability to remain upright on your feet for sustained periods and occasionally lift/exert up to 35 lbs of force (including overhead lifting).
• Visual Acuity: Close visual acuity to view computer terminals, read small print, and inspect small parts/details.
• Preferred Qualifications: A High School diploma (or equivalent) and previous experience in a retail or customer service setting are preferred, but not required!
