What You Will Do
As the Radiology Didactic Trainer, you will instruct students enrolled in an intensive 18-month entry-level radiography program. Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Didactic Instruction: Delivering engaging classroom course content to build the cognitive foundation students need before their laboratory and clinical rotations.
- Curriculum Design: Designing and updating course materials to align strictly with JRCERT Standards and ARRT content specifications.
- Student Assessment: Evaluating student learning using objective, documented criteria, advising students facing academic difficulties, and intervening early.
- Quality Improvement: Analyzing course outcomes data to translate findings into continuous instructional and program improvements.
What You Need to Succeed
Amerit Consulting is seeking a highly credentialed candidate who understands adult-learning theory and competency-based education. To qualify, you must possess:
- Education: An Associate’s degree in radiologic technology or a related field (or equivalent experience/training).
- Required Licensing: A current, unrestricted ARRT certification in Radiography [R.T.(R)] and an active California Radiologic Technologist (CRT) license.
- Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of radiographic science, including positioning, procedures, radiation physics, and patient care.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with standard office software, educational technology platforms, and learning-management systems.
- Work Authorization: You must be authorized to work in the USA without sponsorship (W2 candidates only; no C2C or 1099).
