What You Will Do

As the Branch Service Manager, you will balance sales leadership with operational integrity. Your primary daily responsibilities will include:

• Team Management: Directing the workflow of branch employees, setting schedules, tracking productivity, and mentoring staff.
• Customer Experience: Acting as the escalation point to quickly resolve complex client complaints, questions, and service issues.
• Branch Compliance: Monitoring security protocols, ensuring strict adherence to bank policies, and preparing the business center for internal audits.
• Sales Leadership: Driving branch goals through your own personal sales production while overseeing the service tasks of your associates.
• Operational Risk: Approving teller overrides, investigating potential fraud, and processing high-level cash transactions when necessary.

What You Need to Succeed

CB&T is looking for a proactive problem-solver with a deep understanding of retail banking. To qualify, you must bring the following skills to the table:

• Experience: At least 2+ years of directly related experience in retail banking, new accounts, customer service, or loan processing.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required (a combination of education and experience will be considered).
• Industry Knowledge: A strong understanding of banking processes, lending regulations, and financial products.
• Leadership Skills: The proven ability to lead a group, maintain high-quality work standards, and manage employee grievances professionally.
• Soft Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to build lasting relationships with both clients and key business partners.
