In this role, you will act as the creative and strategic engine for four distinct brands. Your responsibilities will bridge the gap between high-level strategy and daily execution:
- Brand Strategy & Narrative: You will collaborate closely with the Chief of Staff to align messaging, ensuring each brand has a distinct voice while maintaining cross-brand consistency.
- Content & Social Media Management: You will oversee a robust editorial calendar, generating up to 8 tailored posts per week per brand across LinkedIn, Substack, and Medium.
- Creative Asset Design: You will use tools like Adobe, Canva, and Notion to design everything from PowerPoint decks and brochures to social media graphics and promotional signage.
- Competitor & Performance Analysis: You will track competitor positioning, analyze market trends, and deliver biweekly KPI reports focused on engagement, reach, and audience growth.
- Executive Collaboration: You will participate in weekly syncs with leadership to optimize live campaigns and plan future initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed
