What You Will Do

As the Senior Brand and Visual Designer, you will be the primary architect of the company’s look and feel. You will bridge the gap between high-level brand strategy and the physical assets used by patients and doctors. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Brand Stewardship: You will build, scale, and maintain comprehensive brand guidelines for both the parent company and its suite of medical products.
• Creating Visual Assets: You will design high-fidelity graphics, medical illustrations, and icons that will be integrated directly into medical device software.
• Motion & Animation: You will use 2D animation tools to create seamless transitions that improve user comprehension and elevate storytelling.
• Simplifying Complex Data: You will take abstract neural data and AI states and turn them into highly intuitive, easy-to-read visuals for clinicians and patients.
• Owning the Creative Process: You will manage the entire creative pipeline, from early moodboards to the final delivery of production-ready assets for web, mobile, and hardware.

What You Need to Succeed

Echo Neurotechnologies operates in a fast-paced, early-stage environment. They are looking for a versatile candidate who possesses the following skills:

• Design Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your ability to build complex visual identity systems across both digital and physical platforms.
• Technical Illustration: The ability to create custom technical graphics that easily explain complex medical data.
• Motion Design Skills: Proven proficiency in 2D animation tools such as After Effects, Lottie, or Figma motion.
• Systematic Thinking: Experience building scalable style guides and component libraries for cross-functional teams.
• Preferred Experience: Previous experience in Healthcare/Med-Tech, physical product packaging, or hardware/software ecosystems is a massive plus!
