What You Will Do
In this role, you will be at the forefront of changing how businesses report their data. You will move legacy systems into a modern Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) environment, allowing users to generate dashboards simply by talking to an AI agent. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Building AI Solutions: Designing systems that empower business users to generate analytics through natural language processing.
- Engineering Scalable Systems: Designing, building, and maintaining highly scalable data processing pipelines and services.
- Prototyping & Strategy: Creating technical specifications, building prototypes, and presenting your architectural ideas to the team.
- Driving Innovation: Working autonomously in a highly productive environment to solve complex customer problems using data science.
What You Need to Succeed
Adobe is looking for candidates with a strong mix of technical engineering skills and a deep understanding of data systems. To qualify, you should have:
- Professional Experience: 3+ years of software development experience at a major tech company or startup, specifically building SaaS products or AI agents. (7 to 10 years of experience with Machine Learning and A/B testing is a massive bonus to help you stand out!)
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Core Technical Stack: Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Spark, Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, and ETL processes.
- Data Visualization: Hands-on experience with industry-standard reporting tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Adobe Analytics.
- Mindset: You must be comfortable with ambiguity, able to adapt to changing priorities, and relentlessly focused on delivering great customer experiences.
